Leakage issue

Question 1: The hookup for the hot water are not assessable.

Answer: Our large T adapter is for cold water used under the toilet tank, and the small T adapter is used to connect hot water to your hot water port. Maybe the hot water in your home is not a standard 3/8" (9/16") interface. You contact the merchant for you free of charge for your interface.

Question: 2. Hot and cold water connectors to bidet leaking water after tightening.

Answer: We gave away PTFE Tape, you can use the sealed T adapter interface. Pay attention to the correct placement direction of the black pad of the big T adapter

Question 3. The nozzle for basic wash doesn't work correctly.

Maybe your water valve is not open.

Question 4.Only had the unit ams tubes.No attachment pieces or instructions.

Answer: The accessories include 2 white PP hoses, one for hot water and one for cold water. There are also 2 braided tubes for your original hot and cold water braided hoses when they are damaged and replaced. If you need a longer pipeline, you can buy from us.

Question 5.Leaking water between top piece and bottom piece.

Answer: If the bidet body leaks, you can contact us to replace it with a brand new product. Our 2 years warranty service.

Question 6.Your metal hot water adapter does not fit.

Answer: Our original accessories are 3/8" and 2 T adapters of 7/8", which fully match the North American standard interface. If your home interface is non-standard, you can ask us for 3/8", 7/8", 1/2" three T adapters for free replacement.
